@bronxrunner

You have made several comments about not having any proof of *this*, *that* and *the third* and also went on to say the information I have collected and substantiated on my own time consists of "allegations". Now you are referring to me as "Mr. Glazer". Mr. Glazer is a figment of your imagination. The real issues are as follows:

1) Inept Board

2) Deteriorating Buildings

3) Financial Mismanagement of Shareholder Funds

4) The Sale of Commonly Held Shareholder Property to the NYCDOE without a Public Hearing or Full Disclosure to the Shareholders

5) The Hiring of Violent Ex-Convicts

6) The Burglary of Sedgwick Pharmacy

7) Nepotism in the Service Department

8) Violation of Equal Employment Opportunities

9) Full Blown Drug Operation in Park Reservoir conducted/orchestrated by an Amalgamated Service Employee with 32BJ union "protection"; the operation is aided by at least ONE AHC/Park Reservoir employee who picks up product and drops off cash to said porter.

I understand you are sympathetic to drug dealers and are an advocate for the legalization of illegal drugs (speaks volumes about your self professed "uncorruptable" character), however, most of us were subject to criminal background checks (at a rate of $150-250 each) and were screened prior to actually moving in to our apartments. I prefer not to live with drug dealers, Sir. I prefer to live where my chances of being affected by a drug related crime are very low. I prefer to pay carrying charges that will actually maintain my investment and not support an employment agency for the Service Manager, Sir.

Thank Ed Yaker for me. Puff puff pass, brethren.
