It looks to be a busy murder year for the 50th Precinct after the shooting death of a 49-year-old man in Kingsbridge on Saturday.

Police say they were called to 2856 Webb Ave., just before 7:30 a.m., about a man who had been shot in the back. There, first responders say they found the man unconscious and unresponsive.

He was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital where he later died.

The victim was identified as Juan Flores, who lived in the building where he was found Saturday morning.

Police are looking for a 49-year-old man in connection with the shooting. Jose Quinones was last seen wearing a red shirt with "21" and "Puerto Rico" written on it, as well as dark shorts and dark sneakers.

Melendez, 16.

CORRECTION: New York Police Department officials have corrected the victim's age from the original report.
