Critics say families lack details about toxin removal

Bronx Science Principal Valerie Reidy sent The Riverdale Press a copy of a March letter she said was sent to parents, but some students said they would have liked more information. 

Waleed Abedrabbo, a Bronx Science freshman, said he would have liked to know why lights in the auditorium were being removed and what health risks were associated with PCBs.

“I knew they were doing something in the auditorium. I saw it, but they never said anything or made an announcement,” said the Kingsbridge freshman.
