The United Pugliesi Federation is proud to present an afternoon of music by composers from Puglia with the Emerald Trio, one of the most exciting new groups in New York. The Emerald Trio includes flute, violin and piano, in 2010 the trio won the Grand Prize in the Continuo Arts Foundation Carnegie Hall Debut Competition and they are now scheduled to perform in Carnegie Hall. The program will include music by Nino Rota, Saverio Mercadante, and Donato Lovreglio, a virtuoso flutist from Bari.
