Festival Fun on Johnson Avenue

Parents help their kids remove their shoes in anticipation of their turn in the giant bouncy castle in the middle of Johnson Avenue. The annual Johnson Ave. Street Festival, organized by the Kingsbridge-Riverdale Van Cortlandt Development Corporation and sponsored by local merchants, drew throngs to the busy shopping area on Sunday, May 3, to enjoy live music and clowns, children's activities, shopping specials, business exhibits and a non-perishable food drive.
