Housing panel to be hosted at Manhattan College

Manhattan College will host a panel discussion about housing codes at the Scala Auditorium on the first floor of the Leo Engineering Building, at 3825 Corlear Ave., on Monday, April 23, from 4 to 6 p.m.

Inspired by the “Phantom Landlord” investigation published in City Limits in March, panelists will discuss what can be done to make the housing code enforcement system more effective. Tenant, landlord and housing advocates will be part of the panel.
