Join Chef Instructor Franca D’Amico to learn how to make gnocchi with a variety of sauces. You’ll make gnocchi with tomato, basil, and olives, gnocchi with sage and ricotta, gnocchi with herb pesto, and gnocchi with parmigiano. Start the evening with roasted asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, salad and wine.
