Memorial for Marine, NYPD sergeant

The local branch of the American Legion, Riverdale Memorial Post 1525, plans to honor the service of Marine Sgt. ad NYPD Sgt. Edmund P. Murray, who passed away on July 28, 2015.

There will be a memorial blessing and plaque dedication at St. Margaret of Cortona School, located at 452 W. 260th St., on Saturday, May 7 at 10 a.m.
