Scarsdale Mustangs, 3
Riverdale Wildcats, 2

A furious second half comeback by the Riverdale Wildcats came up just short, as the local team lost a home game for the first time this season, falling 3-2 to Scarsdale. The Wildcats allowed their opponents to score three consecutive goals to open the contest and trailed 3-0 at halftime. From then on, Scarsdale shifted to a defensive strategy and gave the Wildcats an opening to climb back into the game. Riverdale strikers Ciaran Burke and Kostas Perselis both hit the back of the net to cut the deficit down to one, but this was as close as the Wildcats would get on this day.
