Lessons learned

To the editor:

One thing Judge Brett Kavanaugh said in his now famous Senate Judiciary Committee rant was that his Democratic opponents were spending cast sums of money to promote his defeat.

Being retired, I watch a lot of television. I have encountered an inundation of television ads urging a vote for Kavanaugh’s confirmation, but not a single one against. Thus, he has learned a lot from President Trump — strongly attack your adversaries for doing something which they are not, but your side is.
