Press deadlines changing for July 4

Fourth of July falls on a Tuesday this year, and because of that, some of our submission deadlines at The Riverdale Press will be different for our July 6 issue.

General news submissions and such should be submitted no later than Thursday, June 29 at 5 p.m., to newsroom@riverdalepress.com. Other material like letters to the editor should be submitted no later than Wednesday, June 28 at 5 p.m., to letters@riverdalepress.com.

Submissions for What’s On typically need to be submitted 10 days before publication to whatson@riverdalepress.com. That would mean all material should be submitted no later than Tuesday, June 27 at 5 p.m.

To place an ad or legal notice in the July 6 issue, submit by Friday, June 30 at noon. Cancellations and changes to existing ads would be needed by Thursday, June 29 at 4 p.m. Submissions can be made online at RiverdalePress.com, by phone at (718) 543-6200, or by email at classified@riverdalepress.com.

The paper will publish and distribute July 6 on its regular schedule.
