The Mount is top of the mountain

Money magazine has ranked the College of Mount Saint Vincent in the top 50 of its best small colleges in the country.

For the list, 727 colleges and universities were ranked according to their quality of education, affordability and alumni success. The Mount ranked 46th among small colleges, and 141st among “best colleges for your money.”

The magazine isn’t the only one recognizing The Mount. This year’s “Chronicle of Higher Education Almanac” ranks the Riverdale Avenue school tops in the nation when it comes to social mobility, elevating the economic status of low-income students.
