Carla Precht, the executive director of the Bronx Children’s Museum, says its new space at Mill Pond Park near Yankee Stadium was a long time coming. When the museum opens its doors to 13,000 square feet of interactive space and artists this July, it could welcome as many as 30,000 kids each year.
