Angel Hernandez rounds up the ‘troops’ May 14 with his megaphone in hand to ‘storm’ Marble Hill and claim it for the Bronx, an annual rite residents do to rile up their Manhattan neighbors. This year’s march from Keenan’s Bar & Grill was the first live event since the pandemic hit in 2020.
