Suspected robber pursued

The NYPD is asking for help in identifying the man in this picture who they say slammed a 63-year-old woman to the ground and stole her purse. The robber fled northbound on Broadway in a white Honda Accord.The woman’s stolen purse contained her cell phone, credit and debit cards and about $80 in cash.The woman received minor injuries and was seen by EMS but did not require further medical attention. Anyone with information regarding the robbery is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at (800) 577-8477.
