To the editor:
For weeks now, I have seen three RVs parked on the Henry Hudson Parkway East service road. They have not moved, and there are no signs of parking tickets on their windshields.
Why not?
Despite the fact there are no alternate parking signs, it does not mean that parking for weeks — if not months on end — is legal there.
If each RV received one ticket per day, it would certainly add up. It might also encourage those owners to stop using our streets as parking lots.
