To the editor:
(re: “Homeless bring more crime,” Feb. 3)
I feel sorry Ms. Moira Figueroa is frightened with her perception of being overwhelmed by crime. Living with this perceived fear must make her homebound — after all no place seems safe.
Just one question, though: Where would you suggest the human beings mentioned by you as criminals are housed? If they are not convicted of a crime, by law, they cannot go to jail.
So where do we (ware)house them?
