Oliver Koppell may have served 12 years in the NYC Council and may have passed hundreds of bills into law, but he is no friend to outlying areas outside of Riverdale, He fought the van Cortlandt Village neighborhood residents (FIPNA)when they sought his support to present over development of apartment buildings on difficult expensive sites to construct. I say for those communities of Marble Hill, Van Cortlandt Village, Kingsbridge to Oliver Koppell, Adios and NO as our next State Senator.
