Riverdale’s annual celebration of the Hudson River enjoyed perfect weather in its fifth year and attracted more exhibitors and vendors than ever to the College of Mount St. Vincent’s campus for a Sunday afternoon of music, food, fun and even jousting. As in past years, families were treated to pony rides, face painting and arts and craft demonstrations, but for the first time, local merchants and service providers participated, too. They were all expressing their support for the Hudson River Greenway link in Riverdale, which would offer residents the opportunity to bike or stroll directly on the waterfront.
