Petco and Bank of America signed leases to occupy space at Riverdale Crossing, the shopping center currently under construction near Broadway at West 237th Street.

Developer Metropolitan Realty Associates announced last week that Bank of America agreed to a 15-year lease and pet supply store Petco agreed to a 10-year lease.

BJ’s Wholesale Club will anchor Riverdale Crossing, with eight smaller stores, as part of the shopping center. Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar is the only other announced tenant, but Joseph A. Farkas, president of Metropolitan Realty Associates said in a press release he is confident Riverdale Crossing will be fully leased when it opens in 2014.
