Thanks, Dems for more problems

To the editor:

Well, I want to thank my leftist/communist neighbors for their love of the Covid lockdowns which destroyed New York City.

I just got back from what I had hoped was going to be a peaceful walk on the Putnam Trail in Van Cortlandt Park.

But despite the signs that say no motorized vehicles, it wasn’t a minute before the first moped flew by.

Then another one. Then another one.

Not to be outdone,  a mini motorcycle comes roaring down the road, not giving a whit of care about pedestrians.

Oh, and all these vehicles were spewing their foul exhaust into my nose. All driven by masked men who look like they just got here illegally.

And of course, not one enforcement officer to be found.

The moped problem is another outgrowth of the lockdowns. All you leftists who loved your little “staycations” ordering all your food did this to us. Then you voted for the politicians who encouraged every Third World criminal to illegally break into the United States and come to New York City.

We are, after all, a sanctuary city. 

And now we have mopeds and motorcycles on the Putnam Trail.

Import the Third World, get Third World problems.

And since most of these “asylum seekers” are single, military-aged men, expect much more crime, filth, degradation and further erosion of all the social compacts and norms that, until 2020, we all kind of agreed on.

Thanks, Democrats! You ruined this city.
