Report Inappropriate Comments

While I'm not a fan of the NYPD, I have to say this guy was extremely helpful with an issue I had with noise at the Amalgamated about a year ago. A guy had moved into the neighborhood with a "fart pipe" (loud exhaust) on his honda. He would repeatedly drive around the neighborhood at 3 am, exhaust a blazin. He would go down one way streets the wrong way to avoid waiting in lights. Kevin Burke was very attentive to the problem, and it bascially forced this troglodyte with the car to sell it and join civilization. I'm glad he is being promoted.
