Bailey Apartment robbed

A man reported to police on April 24 his home inside 3460 Bailey Ave., was broken into and robbed.

When the victim returned from work he noticed the window was open and that his bedroom was disorganized. The victim stated his surveillance camera wires were cut and $400 was missing from a book bag inside the apartment, according to police.

Salon burglar apprehended

Officers of the 50th Precinct caught a 36-year-old Bronx woman inside of a beauty salon in the early hours on April 24.

Police received a 911 call about a trespasser inside 3636 Fieldston Road — Skin Therapy Beauty/Nail Salon. Upon responding to the scene, they apprehended the burglar who was found with a screwdriver and scissors belonging to the salon.

Man robbed at gunpoint by three

A man was exiting his vehicle in front of 3472 Bailey Ave. on April 14 when at approximately 3 p.m. three individuals approached him.

One of the individuals pointed a firearm at the man as another stole $600 in cash and a pair of glasses valued at $160, according to police.

Maserati stolen

An owner of a 2014 Maserati reported his car stolen at the northwest corner of Broadway and West 225 Street on April 14.

The victim said two individuals pulled up in a vehicle where his car was parked. One of the individuals jumped into the victim’s car and drove off. The crime was captured on surveillance footage.
