He was one of the many volunteers and 33 restaurant owners who took part. Throughout the week, there were artists and music doing their thing, including a Mariachi band that walked from restaurant to restaurant. For the Friendly Fridge BX, DineOut Riverdale made 231 sandwiches, rice and beans meals and donated fresh produce, water bottles and juice and more than 300 Ramen packages. In addition, the organization will write a check for $515 to the Friendly Fridge. Sponsors included Artizen, Tierneys, Emilianos, Just One Pop Away, Addeo's, Lea Torres cookies, PrayEatBakeLove, Arnie Adler, Godwin Terrace Coffee and Tex Mex and KRVC.
