Kelly O'Connor, mother of two, and a true lover of animals, 50

Kelly Ann O’Connor, 50, of Riverdale, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, passed away on Feb. 11, 2022, in Fort Lauderdale.

She was born in White Plains on Oct. 13, 1971, to Mary B. Kelly and Daniel J. O’Connor Jr. 

She leaves behind her two sons, Timothy Doyle of North Carolina; Kevin Doyle of New York, and her beloved grandson, Shane She; her brother, Daniel J. O’Connor IV, of Alaska; sisters Maura O’Connor of New Jersey and Kathleen Brennan of Alaska. Kelly leaves her lifetime partner Joe Trimarchi of Florida along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and her beloved pups, Marley and Tiki.

She is predeceased by her father Daniel J. O’Connor, a retired lieutenant of the New York Police Department, Korean War veteran and a lifelong resident of Riverdale, and her mother Mary B. Kelly of Alaska and New York.

A Catholic Mass will be held Saturday, April 9 at 1 p.m. at St. Margaret of Cortona Church, 6000 Riverdale Ave.

A private interment will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne.
