Chester Black, 37, of Brooklyn was the overall champion in the men's division of the annual Mosaic Mental Health 5K walk/run with a time of 20:53.7.

Kathleen Nolan, 66, of the Bronx was the champion in the 60-69-year-old women's division with a time of 33:29.2.

Mosaic Mental Health held its annual 5K run/walk at Van Cortlandt Park Sunday, April 23 drawing all kinds of runners in the rain. New York state deputy secretary for human services and mental hygiene Jihoon Kim was the honorary starter.
“I came today to promote mental health awareness and to recognize the amazing work that Mosaic does every single day right here in the Bronx,” he said.
The overall women’s champion was Bette Clark of Yonkers, with a time of 29:16.9.
