Police ID unconscious man found in street

Police were able to identify a man found unconscious near University and Reservoir avenues in Kingsbridge Heights last week. He is now safe with his family, police from the 50th precincet said.

The man was found in the middle of the street with no apparent injuries early in the morning on Friday, July 22, according to officials with the 50th Precinct.

He was taken to Montefiore Hospital where he remained unconscious and in critical condition. The man had no identification or any other personal belongings.
