Two men are being sought by the New York Police Department in connection to nine separate robberies between June and July. Of the nine incidents, one took place in the 52nd Precinct, two took place in the 47th Precinct, another two in the 49th Precinct, and four in the 50th Precinct.

On June 25, the first robbery in the 50th Precinct, a 14-year-old girl was standing in front of 3900 Waldo Ave. when a man grabbed her by the neck and mouth from behind, police said. The gold chain on the girl’s neck was then taken. The man fled.

Another woman similarly had two chains taken off her neck on July 13. A 28-year-old woman was making deliveries inside of 80 Van Cortlandt Park when she was grabbed by the neck. The man apparently pretended to have a knife.

The following day a 55-year-old woman had her chain also taken from her neck in front of 3415 Cannon Place by a man wielding a screwdriver. This incident occurred at about 11:10 a.m. with the next robbery taking place just roughly 10 minutes later, according to police.

A 22-year-old woman was walking her dog in front of 88 West 197 St. when she unluckily crossed paths with the man. This time the man took three chains off her neck and fled on a scooter, police said.

In other incidents there were two men involved with the robberies, riding on a scooter.
