Sen. Gustavo Rivera is spot on

To the Editor:

(Re: “All stakeholders need to keep talking to each other,” Oct. 12)

Cheers for the much-needed dose of common sense and plain speaking in State Senator Rivera’s  on the mark.

He points out where communication was too often assumed to be one thing, when the company at the other end clearly or furtively really wanted something else.

We need continued scrutiny by our elected officials of all local real estate deals.
