The Israeli-Hamas war and its impact on greater Riverdale. The proliferation of illegal weed shops. A possible cricket stadium in Van Cortlandt Park. The merger of Saint Gabriel School with St. Margaret of Cortona School. more
I would like to take issue with Peter Wolf’s Point of View. Seldom have I read so many ideas in one essay that need to be challenged. more
To the editor: (re: “Take bigotry far away from here,” July 13) Responding to Adam Stoler’s sick diatribe and “chutzbah” using the Riverdale Press, a paper I respected for years. Sounds like I have no right to speak my voice on this platform. Last I looked, I still have my Constitutional right to speak my mind, but that right seems to be fading in America. more

To the editor: (re: “Why can’t we all just be nicer to each other,” July 2023) Fatima Mohammed, who spoke at CUNY Law School’s graduation, was overtly anti-American, anti-New York police, anti-federal law enforcement. more
To the Editor: Up until the 1970 reapportionment, NYC Congressional districts were usually 100 percent within the borough. The same was true for Long Island and virtually all of the other 57 counties outside of NYC. more
