Robbed at knife-point

Police said a 47-year-old man was walking home at around 2:30 a.m. on April 21, when two men asked him for a cigarette near the corner of Albany Crescent and West Kingsbridge Terrace and demanded his wallet. One of the men pulled out a knife and the man handed over his wallet. The pair ran off with the wallet, which contained $60 in cash, according to authorities. The case remains open.

2. Robbers swipe iPhone

A 13-year-old waiting for his mom to pick him up near Broadway and West 242nd Street at around 7 p.m. on April 18 was robbed by two men, police said.
The teen told officers one man stood in front of him while the other hunched behind him. They then ordered him to open his backpack and hand over his phone.
Police said they ran into Van Cortlandt Park with the teen’s $649 iPhone 5.
The case remains open.

3. Home burgled

A 36-year-old woman reported that her apartment near Giles Place and Sedgwick Avenue was burgled, after her daughter returned home on April 15 and discovered several items missing.
Police said she reported an iPad worth $350, an HP Laptop worth $700 and an iPad Touch worth $350 stolen.
The case remains open.

4. Drunk driver arrested

Police arrested a 24-year-old man and charged him with driving while intoxicated early on April 20 after he crashed his 2002 Honda into another car on West 256th Street.
Nobody was injured in the accident, which took place near the corner of Riverdale Avenue.
The responding officer said the 24-year-old had an odor of alcohol on his breath, had bloodshot eyes and slurred his speech.

5. Assault arrest

Officers arrested a 20-year-old woman at 70 Marble Hill Ave. on April 15, charging her with third-degree assault after police said she scratched the right side of her 51-year-old father’s face, causing him pain and redness.
